Thames Reach help homeless and vulnerable adults to find decent homes, build supportive relationships and lead fulfilling lives. We built them a public-facing website to support that.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Tim and his team on a complete redevelopment of our website at Thames Reach. We needed to incorporate our brand refresh into our web presence alongside re-focusing the website on our key audiences of people in need of support, and potential supporters. Tim was helpful and responsive, and was able to deliver a project that fit well into the budget we had available – all things we had found a struggle with our previous provider. His team worked closely with ours, particularly our Communications Manager, and established a really good working relationship with clear communication and logging/following up of queries and issues.
