CAN needed a modernised design to convey their key messages, support their campaigns and a robust search for their archive content.
Our modernised design allows CAN to more concisely convey their key messages alongside impactful imagery.
The site allows for agile updating of content to easily promote events and campaigns on the homepage and key landing pages according to need, and via simple tools.
A key requirement was a robust search for so that 15 years’ worth of blogs, press releases and policies can be found in a few clicks.
The project included a significant export of content from their Drupal site and import into WordPress using the All Import plugin.
Security was a key deliverable – the site is on https/SSL and uses WordFence and Sucuri to monitor the site for any threats or vulnerabilities. Our WordPress theme follows security best practices.
We took advantage of WordPress’s new “blocks” feature of the Guttenberg Editor, allowing a modular approach to templating and content management, giving CAN maximum flexibility and ease of use.
